Hello, iam Charles Miller, No wild parties while I’m gone, mister!

Woah, what a long roller skate day! I’m pooped. But it was totally worth it - I had so much fun! From the moment I laced up my skates in the morning, to the time I finally took them off at night, it was one wild ride. Along the way, there were plenty of bumps and bruises - but hey, that’s all part of the fun! All in all, it was an awesome day and I can’t wait to do it again soon.

How Long Should You Roller Skate A Day? [Solved]

For anyone just starting out on skates, Strang recommends only 10-15 minutes of skating before your quads and lower body start to feel like Jello. As you get more experienced, she suggests alternating between short bursts of speed skating (around 15 minutes) and longer, steadier sessions (20-30 minutes).

Wow, what a long roller skate day! I’m pooped. It felt like it went on forever, but it was totally worth it. We had so much fun zooming around the rink and showing off our moves. I’m sure we’ll be sore tomorrow, but that’s just part of the fun!
