If you’re a fit and active woman, you should be able to knock out 1-3 pull-ups in one set. Anything above 8 for guys and 3 for gals is awesome. If you can do 12-15 pull-ups with proper form, you’re in the top tier!
Doing 10 pull ups is no joke! It’s tough, but totally doable. You gotta dig deep and give it your all. Just remember to keep your chin up and you’ll be able to knock ’em out in no time!
